Founders Park Campground
Located on the north side of Irricana is Founders Park complete with a well treed campground and boasting clean and modern washroom/shower facilities and powered camping stalls. Founders Park campground is open May to October and has on-sight campground management. rates are as follows;
$25.00 for power and water sites,
$20.00 for Power only sites
$15.00 for unserviced sites
$5.00 Sewer dump charge
We also offer Group camping areas. These areas are unserviced and offer a 10% discount per unit on the unserviced rate above. To qualify as a group there must be a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 20 units in the Group camping area.
The Camp Kitchen is available to campers free of charge, however the camp kitchen can be requested for exclusive use and the following charges will apply;
Up to four (4) hours - $20.00
Daily (12 hours) - $45.00
Weekend (48 hours) - $80.00
In Founders Park we also offer ball diamonds, rodeo grounds, a playground, horse shoe pits, walking and cycling paths, and Irricana's Community Hall.
A short walk from Founders Park takes you to the country murals painted by community members on buildings in Irricana.
